BEHIND THE WHISTLE
"I was very happy overall with how both our teams ran today. We had a hard week of practice and it was very hot pretty much every day. We responded well today and ran some good races. We have to keep taking the good things and the bad from each race and learn from it and make us better for the next time. We are doing that." --Head Coach Mark White
White's men and women will be back in action Saturday, October 19, at the Gettysburg Invitational in historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
