RALEIGH, N.C. -- Kaelyn Daniel led Ferrum with 14 kills and nine digs in Ferrum College's 3-1 non-conference volleyball loss to William Peace University Tuesday, Sept. 11, at Hermann Gym. Set scores were 23-25, 25-3, 26-24, 25-22.

The Panthers opened with a 25-23 win in the first set, only to see the Pacers rattle off three straight sets to take the match.

BACK ON COURT
Duffy's team was scheduled to play two matches this week that have been postponed due to Hurricane Florence making its way into the Southwest Virginia area. The Panthers' Sept. 12 ODAC match against Emory & Henry College has been rescheduled to Oct. 19 at home. And the Sept. 15 match at Lynchburg has been postponed as well, with no make-up date announced yet. Ferrum's next scheduled match is Friday, Sept. 21, at Randolph College. The ODAC match is set for a 7:00 p.m. start in Lynchburg, Virginia.
