"Our goal was to improve from last game to this one. We focused on movement off the ball, speed of play, and positive communication in the first half. In the second half, we wanted them to do a better job of checking their shoulder, moving the ball quickly, and attacking set pieces. Our women did did a great job of focusing on details and using this as an opportunity to get better. We have a big week coming up, and it's really important that the team stays hungry and comes back ready to get after it on Sunday. If we get complacent, we'll be disappointed. We have to continue to strive for constant performance improvement and never settle for less than playing to our standard." -- Head Coach James Lofton

Coach James Lofton's team will be back in action Wednesday, Oct. 3, at Southern Virginia University. The non-conference game is schedule for a 7:00 p.m. start in Buena Vista, Virginia.
