FERRUM, Va. -- The Ferrum College women's lacrosse team dropped an Old Dominion Athletic Conference game to visiting Randolph-Macon College this afternoon at home, falling 20-3 at W.B. Adams Stadium.

Randolph-Macon (9-6, 6-1 ODAC)
Ferrum (3-11, 0-7 ODAC)

After Randolph-Macon opened a 2-0 lead a minute and a half into the game, Kaitlyn Harley got Ferrum on the scoreboard with a goal at the 26:39 mark.

The Yellow Jackets erupted for a 12-0 run before Micaela Harvey put one in for the Panthers with 26 seconds left in the first half to make it a 14-2 game at the break.

Randolph-Macon outscored Ferrum 6-1 in the second half, with Megan Allen's unassisted goal off a free position at 22:15 being the Panthers' lone bright spot. Goalkeeper Shaianne Ermini played all 60 minutes in net with six saves.

Coach Karen Harvey's team will be back in action Wednesday, April 24, at home against Randolph College. The ODAC game is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start and will be preceded with a Senior Day ceremony.
