Women's Lacrosse Falls 17-3 at Methodist

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -- Kaelyn Holland had five goals to lead Methodist University to a 17-3 USA South Athletic Conference women's lacrosse win over Ferrum College this afternoon at Monarch Stadium.

How It Happened
Methodist jumped out to 7-0 lead 15 minutes into the game and the rout was on. Julianne Bove scored off a free position shot to put Ferrum on the scoreboard at 13:52 of the first period. The Monarchs added three goals over the next five minutes before Audrey Ramsey found the back of the net for the Panthers, also off a free position shot, at the 4:43 mark. Methodist led 12-2 at halftime, then outscored Ferrum 5-1 in the second half.
