BEHIND THE WHISTLE
"It's been a tough start to the year for our program, thus far. We scheduled really strong teams to get a good idea of the type of competition that we would play in the ODAC on a nightly basis. Randolph-Macon is a veteran team with some very seasoned ODAC players. We hung around in the first half, executed our offense well and took advantage of open opportunities. We went to the half with a manageable deficit. In the second half, we really struggled to find any offensive rhythm. I felt with that and our inability to keep them off the offensive glass, led to their ability to push the lead and take control of the game. We have a lot of work to do, but I think this stretch of games has been good for our program. Our guys are learning what it takes to be able to compete at a high level and are gaining great experience. We will rely on our three upperclassmen to lead the way as we continue the season." -- Head Coach Tyler Sanborn

NEXT GAME
Sanborn's team returns to action Sunday, Nov. 25, at home against Averett University. The non-conference game is scheduled to tip off at 2:00 p.m. in Swartz Gym.
